Alesa Van Dyke, LCSW

Alesa “Les” Van Dyke, Licenced Clinical Social Worker, is committed to enhancing human well-being and empowering change. She received her bachelor's in psychology from Utah State University in 2005 and in 2021 a master's of social work degree from Boise State University.

Alesa began her career supporting adults in substance use treatment. Then she committed herself for over 10 years to working with adults with serious mental illness through recreation therapy, supported housing case management, and group treatment. She has also worked with children and teens in a school setting, and for the last several years she has collaborated in a hospital setting as a social work/care manager, supporting adults and children with assessment, referral, and crisis interventions.

Alesa utilizes a multidimensional approach to therapy, exploring each individual's biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. She is prepared to work with aged 17 and up and has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
